Support Staff

Being one of the largest VTC's in the TMP community, we get a lot of questions from both our Drivers and the public that require immediate attention to ensure all questions are responded too efficiently. As a Support Staff member, you are responsible to answering the day to day questions received by both Drivers and potential applicants to keep Viva running smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Answer any/all questions received by the public via email or social media. 
  • Respond to all company and technical support questions on the discord to the best of your ability
  • Respond professionally in any interactions between both Drivers and public inquires
 
Requirements
  • Must have ATS or ETS2
  • Must be 16 or older
  • Must be professional and respectful to all members 
  • Have no bans on TMP within the past 6 months
  • Must be actively involved in the community
  • Great communication and writing skills
  • Must have a headset/microphone
